Caltrans Advisory on DBE

Recently, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) issued an Interim Final Rule (IFR) that removes the race- and gender-based presumptions of social and economic disadvantage in the DBE program. As a result, Caltrans has issued an Advisory on the DBE Program.
